Dahi ( curd ) ki sabzi ! by @phrustated ( Ish )



 Recipe by Mr. Phrustated


1.Heat some oil in a pan.. Add a pinch of Hing.. some cumin seeds.. cut three green chillies vertically and throw it in the oil..

2.Jab Green chili tadak jaye sahi se, add Onion (Chopped).. and saute till golden brown.. add some Mustard seeds..

3. and yeah.. add some "Kadi patta" leaves.. along with the onions

4. When the onion turns golden, simmer the gas... add salt according to taste... add some Turmeric powder, some Red chilli powder.. 


5. And stir for 1 min.. after which, add curd.. and within 15-20 seconds, turn the gass off..nai to curd danedar ho jayega..you won't like that


6. The last part is crucial.. you cannot switch the gas off before masala gets blended with dahi.. and can't allow it on for too long.

7. depends upon the temperature of oil.. Voila!! Your Dahi ki Sabji is prepared :D
